2004年12月8 Zakk Wylde 的摯友 "Dimebag" Darrell Abbott ( Pantera 吉他手 ) 在一場表演中被瘋狂的歌迷槍殺，送醫不治 ..

Dimebag 身亡後， Zakk Wylde 便決定以這首歌來紀念他的好友。

歌詞中以 river 來比喻人生，而 my only friend 指的就是 Dimebag

裡面的兩個小孩分別是 Dimebag 及 Zakk Wylde

金髮綁頭巾的便是 Zakk Wylde

另一位棕色捲髮的則是 Dimebag

MV 最後長大的 Zakk Wylde 自河中浮出，而 Dimebag 卻沒有現身，象徵 Dimebag 的死亡 ..
